Erişim Çiftliği is located in Kazan, Ankara, and is built on the ecosystem at the transition point of North-Central Anatolia. Originally, the farm was used for wheat cultivation but over time has been transformed into an orchard surrounded by Austrian pines, Eastern Black Sea firs, and black poplars. Renewed in 2020 with the aim of producing, cultivating, and integrating local flora into agriculture, Erim Farm is famous for its restaurant named Gardemiel, which offers unique flavors prepared with the products grown on the farm. One of the farm's most significant features is that it cultivates wild species that have not been genetically modified or hybridized, found only in North Ankara.

As regulars at the restaurant operated by the Erim Family wanted to spend more time on the farm and stay there after enjoying a wonderful feast, two units of the Mo.4 850 model from Mooble House tiny house series have been added to the farm. Erim Farm offers accommodation options for up to six people, featuring both twin and hotel room models with a living area.
